At Shop.solardirect.com, the return policy states that items may be returned within 30 days with a valid sales receipt unless otherwise noted. Orders that are returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be pre-approved; the customer must call and request a RGA# prior to returning. Shipping and insurance must be pre-paid by the customer. The item(s) must be in new condition with complete original packaging and manuals to qualify for a refund.

As for the shipping policy, delivery time varies, allow 3 to 14 business days for most orders to be shipped, plus transportation time.
